An independent game studio in Adelaide
Small games with big backpacks.
Pumpkin Ink Studio makes warm, curious games about finding your place in the world. Our first is Travelers: a little alien with a big backpack, working, wandering and making friends across the towns of South Australia and beyond.
Our first game
Travelers
Arrive with a backpack. Discover opportunities. Make connections. Decide where you belong, or keep moving.
A little alien with a big backpack has landed in Brisa Bay, and a whole country is out there waiting. Take the ferry across the gulf to Glenelg, ride the tram up to Adelaide's city centre, catch the coast bus to Henley Beach, head out to the wine country, and fly on to Sydney. Brisa Bay is made up; the rest are real places, built around their streets and landmarks, and every town is full of people to meet and things to do.
Travelers is a gentle, open journey. There's no wrong way to play: earn your coins, find a bed for the night, stamp your passport in every town, and keep going.
Coming to the App Store and Google Play from Pumpkin Ink Studio. While the apps are on their way, you can play the test version in your browser on a phone, tablet or laptop.
Travelers is free to play, for players aged 13 and over. Everything in the game can be earned by playing; if you'd like a few more coins, there are coin packs too, always the same number of coins, nothing left to chance.
Work your way
Make pizzas, run deliveries, sell fruit and veg at the market, scoop gelato, crew the ferries, guide a walking tour or pick grapes in the vintage. Every job has levels, and the better you get, the better it pays.
Explore and find things
Every town hides places to discover, quests to follow and a map to fill in. Buskers play on the corners, dogs want a pat, and there's a new challenge every day.
Play
Kick for goal at Adelaide Oval and the SCG, race karts round the Adelaide Street Circuit, bowl at Harbour Lanes, play mini golf in Victoria Square, and skate the park behind the hostel.
Travel with friends
Make a private group, share its code, and meet up in any town: chat, wave, shout each other a drink, work a shift together or race. Only people with your code can see you.
Dress your alien
Pack & Go Outfitters has a stall in every town. Try on hats, sunnies, tops, backpacks and shoes, pick a new colour, and buy what you love with the coins you earn.
Your journey, your pace
Your journey is saved on your phone as you play; sign in with your email if you'd like it kept online and carried to another device.

The studio
Pumpkin Ink Studio
Pumpkin Ink Studio is a small independent studio founded in 2026 in Adelaide, South Australia, by Juan Londono. We make games that feel like a good trip: curious, friendly, a little bit silly, and full of real places drawn with affection.
Travelers is our first. The towns in it are real, from Glenelg's jetty to Henley Beach's pines and the vineyards of the Barossa and McLaren Vale, and we build them so that people who know them smile, and people who don't want to visit.
